Refund Policy

Icemoon is paid per cycle in cryptocurrency (USDT on TRC-20), or by card through our on-ramp partner Simplex. Because crypto payments settle on a public blockchain and cannot be reversed by us, please read this before you pay.

1. Payments are final once confirmed

A payment is complete once the transaction confirms on-chain and your license is issued. On-chain payments are irreversible, so all sales are final except where this policy or applicable law says otherwise. There is no free trial and no card kept on file.

2. 7-day satisfaction refund

If Icemoon does not work for you, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it, once per account, provided the license has not been abused. Refunds are paid in USDT to a Tron address you provide (we cannot refund to a card, even for Simplex purchases).

3. Renewals

Each cycle is a separate payment you make yourself; nothing auto-renews. Payments for a new cycle are non-refundable once that cycle's license is issued. We may make exceptions for clear duplicate payments reported promptly.

4. Wrong amount or double payment

If you send the wrong amount, an unexpected token, or pay twice, open a ticket with the transaction id — we will credit the correct cycle or refund the excess in USDT.

5. How to request a refund

Email billing@icemoon.app from your account email, or open a ticket in your dashboard under Support. Include your transaction id and a Tron (TRC-20) address for the refund. Approved refunds are sent within 5 business days.

5. Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse — for example, sharing or reselling your activation code or build, or repeated refund requests across accounts. Revoked licenses due to a terms violation are not eligible for refunds.
